Theresa Trombly-Frey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with the state of Florida. Theresa is passionate about helping families stay together and supporting strong communities. Theresa is a certified clinical trauma professional, has experience with trauma, anxiety, substance use, and navigating children, adolescents, and family issues. Theresa has been the clinical manager of a specialized intensive community-based treatment team for at risk youths ages 7-21 and the director at a 93-bed full continuum substance use inpatient program.  She is trained in specialized treatments including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, exposure-based treatment for anxiety and trauma, Gottman level 1, and DBT.
